Spring 2026 Free LTC/SR Luncheon
The 45 Band members from Gosfield North Central School
The audience was treated to 40 minutes of outstanding entertainment and an impressive showcase of musical talent. The orchestra delivered a remarkable performance, highlighting the dedication, skill, and passion of students from Grades 6 through 8.
It was truly inspiring to witness such exceptional young talent on display.
The Donation.
We were honoured to provide a generous donation on behalf of the Council to assist with transportation costs for the band’s upcoming national event being held in Niagara Falls.
Supporting our local youth and helping create opportunities for them to participate in meaningful educational and cultural experiences remains an important part of our commitment to the community.
Student Volunteers!
The Grade 7–8 students from St. John the Evangelist Elementary School continued to demonstrate their outstanding commitment to community service following their Muskoka trip by volunteering their time to assist the Council.
The students graciously helped serve meals to local seniors and remained afterwards to assist with cleanup efforts. Their dedication, compassion, and willingness to serve are a true reflection of the strong character and leadership qualities within our youth.
The Extra Help!
Without the dedication and hard work of the support staff, PSWs, nurses, and bus drivers, events such as today’s luncheon would not be possible. While the Council is proud to host these gatherings for our seniors, it is the commitment and compassion of these individuals that make it possible to bring our seniors together and ensure they can participate and enjoy these meaningful occasions.
For their continued care, support, and service to our community, the Council extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation.
The Knights of Columbus Council #4555 remains committed to supporting our community and organizations in need. Today, alongside St. John the Evangelist Elementary School, we are proud to sponsor and support this wonderful fundraising event dedicated to benefiting the school and its students.
Through partnerships such as these, we continue to strengthen our community by supporting local youth, education, and initiatives that make a positive and lasting impact.
Columbian Squires Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner
The senior Squires (Newly Brother Knigths) proudly joined the next generation of Squires in supporting another successful Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner. The event also welcomed five newly initiated Brother Knights, working alongside our experienced members in a true spirit of fraternity and service.
With lineups extending outside on two occasions throughout the evening, we were honoured to serve more than 200 members of the community.
On behalf of the Columbian Squires, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported — and continues to support — our youth programs and community initiatives. We also wish to thank all of the Brother Knights whose time, dedication, and volunteer efforts helped make this event such a success.

The local Knights of Columbus Councils are proud to have distributed nearly 2,000 winter coats across Southwestern Ontario through this ongoing community initiative. More than simply providing warm clothing, this event has become a powerful symbol of compassion, unity, and service within our communities.
Year after year, the program continues to inspire local councils, volunteers, and community partners to work together in support of families in need. In addition to helping children and individuals stay warm during the winter months, the initiative also strengthens support for local food banks and other community outreach efforts throughout the region.
