The Brother Knights Local events

The Woodslee Knights of Columbus recognizes the importance of Post-Secondary School education. The Brothers of the council bursary program was established to award yearly applicants up to $500.00. This program is available for YOUTH and ADULTS. 

With many families with young children continuing to struggle in these challenging economic times, there has never been a better time for the council to help by providing warm winter coats to children in their communities through the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids program.  

The need for food to feed hungry families is growing and we the Brother knights of the council understand the importance on supporting the locals food banks in are regions. 

The Free Throw Championship is a great way to generate interest and introduce "Brothers"  to the local community. It provides youth with a rewarding activity, as winners are provided with a chance to compete at the council, district, regional and State level. 

Once a year, We the Brother knights offer an excellent local event. The Steak BBQ Dinner is a well establish dinner known the all locals and well celebrated every year. Hosted in September.
